How It Works

Simple, Clear Dispatch Process

SAFN Logistics keeps the process simple so carriers know what to expect before any load is booked.

1

Carrier Conversation

We talk about your truck, equipment, home base, preferred lanes, no-go areas, goals, and what type of freight you want to haul.

2

Required Documents

You send the required carrier documents so SAFN Logistics can help with broker setups and dispatch support.

3

Broker Setup

When needed, we help complete broker setup packets, send carrier information, and keep the process moving.

4

Load Search & Negotiation

SAFN Logistics searches for freight, checks the lane, reviews the reload plan, and works to negotiate the best possible rate.

5

Carrier Approval

No forced dispatch. The carrier has final approval before a load is booked.

6

Dispatch & Support

Once approved, load details are sent clearly to the driver. SAFN Logistics stays in communication during the load and helps plan the next move.

Get Started

What SAFN Needs From Carriers

To get started, SAFN Logistics LLC will need basic carrier documents and truck information. This helps keep broker setups, load booking, and dispatch communication organized from the beginning.

No forced dispatch. Every load is reviewed with the carrier first, and the carrier has final approval before the load is booked.

FAQ

Common Questions

Here are a few common questions owner-operators and small carriers may have before working with SAFN Logistics LLC.

Do you work with new authorities?

Yes. Every carrier has to start somewhere. SAFN Logistics is open to working with new authorities and helping them understand the dispatch process.

Do you dispatch reefers only?

No. Reefer freight is the main specialty, but SAFN Logistics can also dispatch dry vans and may consider other equipment depending on the carrier, lane, and freight goals.

Do you work with dry vans or flatbeds?

Dry vans, yes. Flatbeds may be considered depending on the lane, freight type, equipment details, and the carrier’s rate expectations per load or per mile.

Do you force dispatch?

No. Never. SAFN Logistics works for the carrier. The goal is to help find loads that fit your truck, your lane preferences, and your business goals.

Do carriers approve loads first?

Yes, unless the carrier gives permission otherwise. Some carriers want approval on every load before booking, while others may allow SAFN Logistics to book when the load clearly matches their instructions. The carrier decides the level of approval needed.

Do you work with owner-operators and small fleets?

Yes. SAFN Logistics focuses on owner-operators and small fleets. Semir started his dispatch career working with 20+ owner-operators, each with different lanes, preferences, and goals.

What lanes do you focus on?

SAFN Logistics focuses on reefer freight from Arizona moving East, especially Midwest, Southeast, Northeast, selected Texas markets, and back. At the same time, every carrier is different, so lane planning is built around what the carrier wants and what makes sense for the truck.

Do you handle broker setup packets?

Yes. SAFN Logistics can help handle broker setup packets, carrier information, rate confirmations, appointment details, and communication so the driver can focus on driving safely and legally.

Do you work with factoring companies?

If the carrier uses a factoring company, that can help speed up payment. SAFN Logistics has experience dealing with factoring paperwork and brokers. If the carrier does not use factoring, SAFN Logistics can still help send bills to the broker and close out loads faster once the load is delivered.

Do you service states outside your primary service areas?

Yes. SAFN Logistics can look at freight in other states when it makes sense. The listed service areas are the markets SAFN Logistics knows best and is most familiar with for lane planning, reload options, and freight movement.

Our Approach

Not Just Chasing the Highest Posted Rate

Good dispatching is about understanding the full picture: the truck’s location, driver’s hours, market conditions, reload options, broker reliability, and the best move for the week — not just one load. SAFN Logistics focuses on keeping trucks positioned correctly, moving safely, and working toward profitable lanes.
